 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached
  • Item must not be damaged, altered, or modified in any way
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Intimate apparel and underwear
  • Sports bras and compression wear that have been worn
  • Sale items and final clearance products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

 How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item is simple. Follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at support@midnightventuresltd.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return
  • Step 2: Our customer support team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return address
  • Step 3: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided
  • Step 4: Share your return tracking number with us via email so we can monitor your return shipment

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns may not be processed.

 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages
  • Midnight Ventures is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Item is returned after the 30-day return window
  • Item shows signs of use, wear, or missing original packaging
  • Item is returned incomplete or missing accessories

 Exchange Policy

We happily offer exchanges for a different size or color subject to availability.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Contact us at support@midnightventuresltd.com with your order number and exchange request
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days
  • Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please contact us immediately at support@midnightventuresltd.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. You will not be required to return the damaged item in most cases.

 Late Returns

Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted unless the item is defective or damaged. If you believe you have a special circumstance, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

 Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled
