 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Midnight Ventures is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@midnightventuresltd.com. We will do our best to update your address if your order has not yet been shipped.

 Lost or Stolen Packages

• If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office
• If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
• We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible

 Damaged Packages
